5/25/2023 0 Comments Phlo reviews![]() At the moment they don’t have an app or a family account, but I’ve been told they are both on the way, which would make a huge difference to how we use Phlo and they would save money by sending family medication all together. That gives a personal feeling, that every customer is a valued customer. ![]() ![]() What makes this pharmacy better than others, they always have stock, if you ask them a question via email, they ring the customer before replying via email. Then I pick the delivery method and they send out the medication. I order my medication through there site and they let me know once the prescription has been signed and received. My partner who is type 1 diabetic has hers sent next day delivery due to the medication being refrigerated. I can not fault Phlo, I live outside the same day delivery area, so my medication gets sent via Royal Mail Second class. Phlo is a new company that’s been around for about 1 year. I came across this company as I was searching for online pharmacy’s that didn’t put the medication into little pouches. We wish you all the very best for the future. As I suggested last time we appear to be one of 18 negative reviews out of 24 you have left for companies on Trustpilot, clearly, we at Phlo are not a healthcare provider that is working well for you. As such we wish you the very best with your future medication requirements with another pharmacy provider. We will not accept any forms of threats/aggression to Phlo or our staff either on the phone or in writing." On the, I emailed you personally advising that we had no issues with you remaining as a customer/patient of Phlo as long as you treated our Pharmacy team with the respect they deserved and asking you to confirm if that would be ok. Again referring to my comment above, our Pharmacy team at Phlo, have been working throughout the pandemic to deliver great service for our NHS and our patients and deserve respect in return. You have also threatened to leave bad reviews and involve "third parties" on several different matters on a number of occasions. Thank you for your further review of Phlo. My advice would be not to use this pharmacy for your medications and prescription based on the way they treated me, and would advise people to use a better pharmacy and not have this kind of experience happen to you. The CEO's tone here at the end is very disrespectful and I am happy that I do not have to put up with them anymore. There was never any rude or aggressive behaviour as most of my correspondence was done via email, so they have just made this up as an excuse in order to remove me from their service, because I left a review online, as they are not willing to take on any customer feedback. It was just a feedback, however they are not willing to work with feedback by customer, so beware. This is the first pharmacy that I have ever come across doing such behaviour like this. It was not only the eyedrops that they sent me that the expiry date was too soon, but also my omeprazole medication with only a 2-month expiry. People have the right to leave feedback regarding services, but Phlo are not willing to listen to feedback, and therefore will not take customer feedback well, please be aware of this. Just because I said that I wanted my medications to have at least 3 months validity, they made this a reason to not allow me to use their services anymore. This is no way to be treating customers or the public. The attitude of this company has been so poor.
